Answer Wolf's question
Do you believe Paul O'Neill when he says President Bush had pre-9/11 plans to go to war with Iraq?

8. Interesting look at the cognitive dissonance
we know for a fact that PNAC had published designs on Iraq and wrote the open letter to Bill Clinton in 1998 demanding that he invade Iraq.

So we can assume they had already had designs or a war plan then, which is why they are calling it "Clinton's" plan.

So its a logical corner the Bushies have painted themselves in - we are supposed to believe that

1. they wanted to go into Iraq before the inaguration,
2. at the inauguration, there were no designs on Iraq
3. after sept 11, the designs on Iraq started.

Somehow this is a stretch to believe whatever is convenient for them at them at the appropriate time.

Painted into a corner.

15. The first response might
be to wait or say yes. I don't find the naysayers credible. So much that it gives us the organized freeper number perhaps? When they lose big they withdraw quick or launch another deluge- also not credible unless it were organized, but no one is allowed to notice.

It was supposed to be framed to help Bush. If so, I think it backfires badly to the point of revealing credibility of these polls.

Just my guess. 22,000 freep votes for a buffer.

13. The morans who...
...don't know that Bush's top advisors have been pushing for an Iraq Attack for years (the PNAC Gallery).

That's something that wasn't brought up on 60 Minutes, but should have been as corroboration. The way O'Neil's statement has been presented, it's as if it comes out of the blue, but if the very public (pre-selection) positions of his "adults" were acknowledged, the two would compliment each other.
