6. it's so embarrassing to all Americans...bombed out on drugs...

failing to connect her buttons or get her clothes ironed...or hem her pants to fit, or even comb her hair...

...it's real sloppy...and totally unacceptable considering that we Americans PAY FOR laura's giant White House residence, and her huge staff...she's so damn lazy that she won't even ASK to get her clothes ironed or hemmed, which her full-time taxpayer-funded staff would certainly accomplish in a New-York-minute....

and who told her that black, polyesther pants are suitable to go with the pink maternity jacket, when being photographed with a slim, well dressed Mexican first lady, such as Marta? She looks like she just slapped anything together, carelessly, without a thought.

There is no excuse for it-for this fat frumpiness--she has plenty of money to spend on herself and to spend on clothing that fits, that is elegant at least in some respect, and that is complimentary. Instead she seems to just throw on anything, not caring a bit, and yes, she should comb her hair or wig or whatever it is. She insists on wearing those high cut jackets that emphasize her balooning, matronly, middle aged hips.

In this picture she looks like a "Maggie Walker". For those of you who are too young to know what that is, it was a doll, now a collecters item, made by Madame Alexander Doll Company in the fifties. Maggie Walker had legs that actualluy walked. Of course there was no articulation in the knees--it was merely a walk from the hips--stiff but novel at that time.

I think she is the worst dressed 1st Lady ever. Her clothes look like they came straight out of Target and her shoes are so out-dated they smack of '69. What she needs to do is take a torch to her closet and then hire a dresser!

as it is, I really do not think she gives a damn. It looks like all she wants to do is "get it over with" and get back to her pack of cigarettes and perhaps her cocktail.

She certainly looks in all these photos as though she does not give a damn. There is no excuse for the atrocity she wore for this photo op and presented herself to the world in. It is simply plainly, frumpy and sloppy.

Whoever called her a lump in that poem for which no one now seems to want to take credit for, was absolutely on target.
