When will Lou Dobbs lose it? |
|
I'm watching this man right now. He's increadiby depressed and there's a chance his media whore overwatchers will get tired of his shenagins (Attacking Bush on outsourcing, bashing proposed immigration policy). I almost feel sorry for him, he know's he's been used and thrown away.

2. He's allowed hiimself to get too personally involved.... |
|
he just gets spitting angry at guests and has turned an ostensibly news show into his own crusades.
I admire his sincerity, but he's not looking very professional.

that Lou Dobbs is really a cyborg...part man, part machine. But recently, the human part in him had died, leave only the machine to master his body.
Really, when was the last time you think Dobbs got down on the dance floor, or shotgunned The Beast...or got laid? Hell, he probably doesn't even have any sexual drive anymore. Sad story

4. He's principled. He cares about people. |
|
This is one reason why he's a media outcast, soon to be fired, you can bet. I love the guy!

care about anything but their jobs and the money. Integrity is a non issue with them. I sure hope when Bush goes so will a lot of them.

6. Didn't he leave CNN before? |
|
As I recall, there was some sort of personality conflict with CNN honchos when he left the station before. He then went into some sort of internet venture, only to come back a couple of years ago.
I will say this - the business press has, in some ways, been more critical of Bush's policies than the mainstream press. Dobbs is an example of that. Maybe it is because business publications are looking strictly at the bottom line instead of ideologies or maybe they play to a tougher audience who can see through the BS.

9. Corporate Responsibility |
|
His calls for corporate responsibility, throw the book at corporate criminals and his other "in your face" views could very well cost him his job. He's not losing it to me. He seems to be passionately trying to wake people up and is just plain baffled as to why people can't see what's right before their eyes!

I don't think he wants to show it, for obvious reasons, but I think he may be leaning towards a Democrat vote. But don't tell anybody I told you this--we want to keep Dobbs on the air!
