I DEMAND the Names of the Slimy SOBs!!

The Terrorist Information Awareness office will open the waging scheme Friday and begin signing up 1,000 traders to deposit funds for transactions. In a report to Congress, TIA said the program will provide the Defense Department "with market-based techniques for avoiding surprise and predicting future events."

Online trading begins Oct. 1, and by Jan. 1, at least 10,000 traders will be able to participate in the Policy Analysis Market.

We have a right to know who was among the select 1,000 that were being signed up. These slimy SOBs are probably all of friend of Rumsfeld and Cheney. Who were they that would trade in death? We should know who among us is so perverted that they would make blood money off the suffering of others. Of course it doesn’t even phase the Moral Leader of the country. What a hypocrite, what a despicable bunch of offal these people are.

2. The idea was Poindexter's. Numbnuts himself asked Congress for 8 mil
to finance it.

That's when the Democrats in Congress found out about it
Those on the Intel Committee, headed by Pat Roberts. He
is taking credit for squelching it but I dont know that
that's true.

On question of firing Poindexter, Roberts says that;s up
to Secretary Rumsfeld. (cough cough)

But he also says everything under DARPA headed up by Poindexter
has to be reviewed.....well - maybe.

3. You may want to start here..
Robin Hanson, who worked for FutureMAP returned my email requesting
the name of the person who spearheaded the project.

His response:

"DARPA awards grants; it doesn't hire people. The FutureMAP program
gave the grants, and its program manager is Michael Foster."

Michael Foster is also the TIA program manager. I probably could have guessed that, but at least this is proof. This Foster guy is at least as bad as Poindexter.

I don't know if this'll help, but I felt like playing gumshoe today.
