I am so sick and tired of FAUX news and other news organizations defending every treasonist act from Bush. I am realizing we are closer to a dictatorship than I originally thought. I feel powerless, unable to affect the outcome of anything the illegal occupiers of the White House take action on. It seems Bush can drop a nuclear bomb on any country he pleases and the media would applaud or defend him. I am shocked and saddened by the response to O'Neills revelations yesterday, yes we at DU were aware of it but the country's response is ho-hum, now focused on jailing O'Neill. I am not sure we are much better off than the state run media in China, in fact, I might prefer knowing my media was censored than being told a lie of a "free press".

I say forget it, let's get drunk, have more sex, eat some mad cow meat and say #$@* it!

2. Ummm… snow
Count that snow a blessing for me…I would be happy to see a foot or so. We need it bad down here.

Take heart, things are bad right now, but we are at the cross roads as far as our civilization is concerned, and our job is to make sure we take the high road.

3. Good idea, do what you need to do
to keep up your spirits. There are some things we enjoy that we still have the freedom to do. Grilling in the snow is a true winter pleasure.

6. Used to do it all the time
when I was growing up. We went out to one of the mountian passes to cut x-mass trees. went sleding, hiking, built a fire, had some hot dogs, smores, and good beer.

good time was had by all.
