Why is it that * didn't listen to Clinton's advisors about the Bin Laden
threat, but were all super duper gung ho to follow his Saddam "regime change" policy?

1. Because they had other plans. They had their eyes on Iraq. And any
intelligence that Clinton tried to pass along just didn't fit in with those plans. Going after OBL wouldn't have gotten them into the oil fields.

3. Too busy wining & dining the Taliban for those oil pipeline
right. And bin Ladin was financing the Taliban. They were pals until the Taliban said no to Bush & Bush then threatened the Taliban. And if you think about it, if a real threat gives you the right for a pre-emptive strike, what did Bush's threat to the Taliban give them (and bin Laden ) the right to do?
