I thought it was outrageous that the letter said we needed a real progressive voice like Fighting Bob LaFollette and whined about Dems' reaction to the 2000 election. I took their postage paid envelope and shot back a note. " comparing himself to Fighting Bob LaFollette and other progressives is a slap in the face to Dennis Kucinich and his supporters. Dennis is everything Ralph wishes he was, and more. He has been elected to office and accountable to voters without sacrificing his principles and stabbing his party in the back. So no thanks."
