I searched for PNAC at FreeRepublic and got ZERO results! |
|
Is this the only place it gets discussed? How can they ignore it?

1. Doublethink in the EXTREME. |
|
Edited on Tue Jan-13-04 11:54 AM by Cat Atomic
Their entire world view depends on it. Simply ignore inconvenient facts.
It's the same mindset that lets you ignore Limbaugh's drug addiction, and Bill Bennet's gambling problems, and Newt Gingrich's philandering, and Dubya's stupidity, and so on and so on.
But seriously- that is amazing. Not a single mention of it, eh?

6. Not amazing at all. You think the Nazis talk about Jewish contributiuons |
|
to sience and society?
Same thing. EXACT same thing.
Totalitarian Scum generally practice Doublethink. That's how Orwell invented the term, merely by observing the Freepers of his day, who happened to be Soviet Communists.

4. For them to grasp the concept................. |
|
would be like hitting themselves in the face with a dead fish. They cannot even "go there" when it comes to honesty and that they have all been hoodwinked into supporting blindly, all that PNAC represents. Freepers believe what they want to believe. Not necessarily what is true. Even if PNAC has it's own web site spelling out all the ugly details in black and white for them. Doh!

Try google to get a few references - Google Searchand a few references show up. FRs only searches titles of posts. on edit - You can search by keywords on FR like this - http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/keyword/pnac and you'll see a few.

I think it's been deleted, but if you search Google and checked cached pages, it'll come up.

12. Well, if you can maybe you should post the link to their |
|
website. After all it is a conservative website isn't it? It shouldn't be objectionable to them.

16. They have no clue what their masters are up to |
|
Edited on Tue Jan-13-04 09:45 PM by Woodstock
It's laughable. Do they realize how ignorant they look? Their masters names are on the PNAC site along with their holy words - you'd think they'd have that placed in public places instead of the ten commandments. But they don't jack about either.
It's not just the Borg at Free Republic that don't know, either.
A Republican here at work - a very intelligent guy - had never heard the word "neoconservative" until I uttered it. The more I talked to him, the more I became convinced he thought it was Bush's father in office. He didn't realize there was any difference between the policies of the two. It's like Bush = Ike in his mind.
