If Dean does not win the primary, where does the money go? |

If Dean doesn't win the primary and isn't selected for the VP spot, where do his millions go if he hasn't spent them all? Can he donate them to the nominee or can he only give 2,000. Does he distribute it to house and senate candidates? Can he give it to a 527 or start his own PAC?
Just curious..

when we get to it. Don't count out Dean as a runaway winner in Iowa. This whole non-partisan, arrow-slinging campaign against Dean might not win the day.

Where do you think that money came from? It's previous campaign money that wasn't spent.
