Standing before the quarantined, three-story building, Giuliani and his new business partners announced the formation of BioONE, a joint venture between Giuliani Partners and Sabre Technical Services, which cleaned up congressional offices in Washington after anthrax was mailed there.

"We will be occupying this building as our new headquarters for BioONE," said Giuliani, whose primary office will remain in New York.

4. Didn't ABC News in NYC get anthraxed?

I don't recall them closing down that building? Anybody have any info on how they decontaminated ABC without shutting them down, but they can't even reopen this building after 2 years?

I guess they're still shredding all those pictures Bob Stevens had in his files and whatever they can't finish they need their man Rudy in there to finish the job.
