Anyone see Ed Koch on CNBC's Capitol Report?

This guy has to be mentally unstable. Seriously. If anybody saw this, it was literally puke-o-rific. In essence, his main points were that George W Bush is the ONLY one who will fight terrorists, and domestic issues don't matter at all if the terrorists aren't killed. Thats why a lifelong Democrat is endorsing Bush. Is something mentally wrong with this man? He certainly didn't look right.
