The only Democrat that they say is backing Bush by name is Joe. They practically endorse Joe as the Democratic candidate.

Just an example of the incompetence of these Republicans.

In 1972 they sabotaged the Muskie campaign, because he might be able to beat them. These guys were real pros. But at least McGovern had some backing, and they engineered his nomination. But, that was Colson, Liddy, et al.

Now they're pushing this other guy whose name starts with an "L", and I think his only supporters are his family.
