I loved the posts about hearing from Republicans and Independents, friends, family and casual encounters who have expressed their distain of Bush. I was just sick after watching the news tonight. They reported Bush's Moon/Mars hooey with a straight face; I didn't hear any of the whores suggest it just might be some election year "dazzle the idiots with horseshit" engineering. It was reported in a way that made it seem like everyone just loves Chimp's "bold, new challenge". Then they ran that story about Dean's associate who was found to be abusing his wife. It's not Dean per se, the media is looking for anything they can find to destroy the Democrats. Last week it was Wesley Clark's cardigans. What next?

Without DU these last 3 years, I'd be deranged by now.

The DU community keeps me sane these daze... Even if I don't post, I come here 2 or 3 times a day just to see the interaction. So many of you are my friends now, and I couldn't put a price on this site!!!
