Moseley Braun: Science Fiction Fan?

Was watching Carol Moseley Braun the Daily Show tonight, and she made both a Star Trek and a Dune reference.

Is she a declared sci-fi fan? That'd be a plus in my book.

Any other dem candidates sci fi readers/watchers/fans?

(edit: just realized this should have been posted in the currently non-existant 2004 GD forum. Hope this is ok?)
