Anybody have more info about this memo to Saddam Hussein?
Washington Post reports, a newly discovered memo to Saddam Hussein (news - web sites) indicates that Mr. Worse Than Hitler got rid of his WMDs in 1991. Unlike the United States, which unilaterally partitioned Iraq into no-fly zones and created a new Kurdish state, Saddam appears to have complied with the ceasefire agreement that ended the Gulf War

...I don't have any further info. U.S. foreign policy is nearly always duplicitous.
