TV Alert: Intv with Ron Suskind,"Price of Loyalty," today on PBS NewsHour |
|
Should be good, with Ray Suarez interviewing--then they have a response from (I'm guessing) Mitch Daniels from the WH.

|
of time talk and they don't interrupt when they don't like the message. I wish I could see Bill Moyers interviewing him. Bill kicks butt.

6. Here's the show's rundown... |
|
Yes it should be a very good show...
Tonight on The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer: an Update on Campaign 2004; Making Tracks on Mars; The Price of Loyalty; and No Forgetting. Segment appearance, order and guests are subject to change.
Update: Campaign 2004
Four days before the Iowa Caucus, Carol Moseley Braun dropped out of the presidential race and endorsed Howard Dean. Senior Correspondent Gwen Ifill discusses this development with New York Times correspondents Adam Nagourney and Ed Wyatt.
Update: Making Tracks
The NASA rover "Spirit" rolled off its lander last night and began to explore the Martian soil. Correspondent Jeffrey Brown asks NASA Deputy Project Scientist Albert Haldemann about its progress.
The Price of Loyalty
Journalist Ron Suskind wrote a new book named "The Price of Loyalty" about Paul O’Neill’s rocky, two-year tenure as Treasury Secretary under President Bush. Senior Correspondent Ray Suarez speaks with Suskind about his book and then gets additional perspective from Mitch Daniels, former director of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget.
No Forgetting
At least 21 U.S. troops have committed suicide in Iraq since the war began in March, despite aggressive Pentagon effects to make mental health professionals available to soldiers stationed there. Heath Correspondent Susan Dentzer looks at the military’s efforts to fight Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
