Before I Leave On Vacation I Want To Stress This: Repubs Will Not Vote Dem
BUT, what they WILL do is stay home.

i have heard 'true conservatives' say they are PISSED at Bush and will NOT vote.

don't be fooled folks. they will NOT vote Dem. BUT and a HUGE BUT they will stay home this year. i have heard MANY say this.

i am leaving early Sat morning for a week in Mexico but want you ALL to focus on this. its a good thing, trust me.

we won't get many hard-core cross over votes but they WILL stay home and not vote at all. we win if/when this happens. its really happening.

remember: Gore got more than 500,000 votes than Chimp. this country isn't divided 30/30/40 or any other such nonesense. it is simply 50/50

BANK IT.

let Chimpy spend on christian marriage all he wants. let him spend billions going back to the moon (Alice :D )

they will not vote. they will stay home.

ALL i ask, is while I am gone, keep up the fight. keep spreading the truth. keep the fires burning.

PLEASE

1. I think Reps will vote for Dean
once they get to know them.

If I were a real Republican, I would vote Bush over Dean any day of the week.

6. Even Paul O'Neil says he will "probably" vote for bush!!!
This was on ABC overnight news, last night.

To exclaim, :wtf:, is wallowing in understatement...

8. Nope. They will vote for Bush, out of fear
Ultimately, the biggest strategy of Rove/Cheney will be to scare the hell out of the American people, and their conservative base will turn out in droves so Bush will "save them" from the terrorists, unlike the anti-American Dems. That will trump "real" conservatives' legitimate gripes with this radical administration.

13. Now if only we had a Free World voting system instead of a Third World one
You might be right, matcom, but I'm not sure the votes really matter here anymore.

THIS DOES NOT MEAN I AM NOT VOTING AND WORKING AND DONATING FOR THE EVENTUAL DEM NOMINEE. NEVER GIVE UP!

But that is my honest concern.

14. Your math is not accurate.
Actually, about one half of potential voters do not participate. Hence, you must say the country is divided about 25% - 25%- 50%. To take this a step further, one quarter of the people will likely vote democrat, another quarter will likely vote republican, and the other half will decide the election. How? Either by voting, or by NOT voting. I believe that the overwhelming majority of these are likely democrats. Thus, if we tend to sit and make little speeches to each other, and write witty little jabs at other democratic candidates, we insure bush is elected. Yet, if we walk around poor neighborhoods, college campuses, and half-empty factory parking lots, we will win.
Vacation? Not me, not this year, until after the election. It means that much.

15. I'm not disagreeing with you, but like to know where you get that data.
All polls I've seen actually have the fence sitters leaning repuke. The war and anti-terrorism business will have a huge draw on that population. I don't believe our candidates, nor the DLC has put out a very good sell for us yet on this issue. We will lose on that alone if it is not fixed soon.

I agree about one thing. We must work and get out there if we are going to succeed in restoring the Old Republic.

19. Disagree
I have many former and current military friends who are registered Republicans here in Illinois. Some of them have told me that they will vote for a Dem in November depending upon who the Dem nominee is.
