Military families...can they sue PNAC cabal? |
|
There are quite a few of us out here whose sons and daughters are being sent to Iraq, who are being used like pawns in this illegal war based on lies. I know we cant sue the f*cking pResident...but is a class action lawsuit possible to sue the PNAC crowd? I just talked to the www.mfso.org people and they are going to speak with their lawyers. Lemme know what you know, can it be done. The 9/11 families are suiing the bUshCabal using RICO laws.. I also called the Clark campaign headquarters and they are more then happy to consider a criminal investigation.. But who better to head a lawsuit then the military families? They are the ones whose children are dying for NOTHING

1. I hope there is a way... |

I know your stepson is about to be sent into harm's way, and I pray for him and the others who are asked to make the ultimate sacrifice to increase * and his cronies bottom line.
It seems to me that we ought to be able to try them for treason, which is defined as a betrayal of trust. Even a selected president should not be able to get away with what I consider to be murder. The coalition forces killed and maimed, and the Iraqis killed and maimed just so this spiteful, pathetic, miserable little loser can feel like a real man, are victims of murder.
Clinton was savaged by the right wing over a blow job. Dubya savages the rest of the world without any meaningful opposition from our Democratic politicians, with a few exceptions like Byrd and Kennedy. I hope we can get him in court. All of the families who have suffered senseless losses should be able to have him held responsible for his actions; if not Bush, then the PNAC group, since he's playing their handbook.

5. Shes part of the Cabal |

a lawyer who knows the law would need a precedent. I would think that if the 9/11 families can sue them, why cant we, as US citizens and parents of military personnel being put into harms way by these criminals , also sue??

It attempts to gain via the courts what has not been gained via the ballot box. Democrats took a big defeat in '02. Normally the party that holds the presidency loses seats in congress in the off year election, Bush won seats in both houses.
This tactic would be seen for what it is. A politically motivated lawsuit. It would simply make the appointment of judges even more important. Guess who controls the appointment of judges?
Guess what is going to be a major campaign issue in the coming election? Judicial appointments.
