by David Frum (Author), Richard Perle (Author)

I don't have time to read it, but judging from the reviews on amazon, they have laid their plans out just like Hitler did! Is there anyone who has read Mein Kampf and this book who can compare the two?

I've heard them being interviewed a couple of times. They will be on every right-wing outlet in the universe humping their book.

I don't know about the Mein Kampf comparison, but if you follow what these guys advocate, you probably have a good point.f

4. If I understand the Perle book (I haven't/won't read it). They are laying

out a plan to invade Lybia, Syria, Iran, and China. Those are the ones I heard on an interview (Charlie Rose). Charlie was dumbfounded, he raised his hands and said "surely we aren't go to pre-emptively strike again!!!!!!" and Perle said, "if other countries don't do what we tell them, that is an option".

He is * war advisor and this is some scary shit.

JEEZ! These guys ALL have an emperor complex. Richard Perle is even smarmier. He's not positioned to BE emperor, so he makes 'em and rides into it, piggyback.

What a shit-head. What a lousy excuse for a human being. Nero and Caligula would have been proud. So would Hitler and Stalin. This guy is a one-man national disaster. A planet-wide disaster if he gets his way. He is the face of Armageddon.

I am sure NPR will want to suck up to the pugs and have him on TOTN or Diane Rehm. Of course no hardball questions will be asked unless a good (DU?) caller gets through.

3. I have not read Mein Kampf

but I have read documents written by the PNAC (Project for the New American Century). There are many websites that delve into their policies, ideas, and plans.

I urge anyone who has not read anything about this group, to please check it out. Just enter PNAC on the Yahoo search engine, and you will be taken to a strange, bizarre world.

It's the world of the NeoCons, and there is only room for one country or power: and that's the United Imperial States of America. They have one overriding goal, and that's for world domination, or "benevolent dictatorship" in their words.

Of course, the rest of us know there is no such thing as a "benevolent dictatorship", but they brush it off. They've got it all taken care of, they reassure us.

In the meantime, they are openly considering germ warfare and weapons of mass destruction to keep the rest of the world in line. Everyone must know who these people are, who are running the show behind the scenes.

And by the way, they make no secret of their plans. It's right out in the open.

5. I think the christian science monitor website tells you everything you

need to know. It covers the players, a neo-con 101 self study, their intentions and a history.

It is pretty detailed.

7. Mein Kampf also was ignored...

....and dismissed as the work of an extremist. History teaches us otherwise. Hitler was a "passing phase" in Germany - according to many who watched him assume more and more power. It's happening here, and so many people don't understand the danger we're in.

The PNAC plan for global domination was set out clearly in their treatise, "Rebuilding American's Defenses." The Bush Doctrine is a rewrite of that vision, and repeats the pre-emption policy we see in action today. The new book is just another of Perle's declarations of an older policy. Frum, remember is the author of the phrase "axis of evil" - who was fired for revealing he did that, and who is crawling back into the good graces of the WH. Of course Perle, wrote of needing a "catastrophic event like another Pearl Harbor" to implement the PNAC plans. Nothing has been hidden...but the media will not jump on this.

The book is Machiavelli's "The Prince". A former Bush bigwig Phillips blew the whistle on how often they refer to it and how many of Bush's staff are former Yale Skull and Crossbones members. They have a cabal. We have enough rope. Let's party!

do have a point. I do have to say, though, that I have never even SEEN a copy and that makes it a little easier to avoid reading.

I think there is a stigma attached to the book that keeps in from being read very much.

Do you ever get the sense the whole world is becoming unhinged from reality? I started feeling that way awhile ago, when I was still working for The Weekly Standard and all these articles began appearing about how Paul Wolfowitz, Richard Perle, Doug Feith, Bill Kristol and a bunch of "neoconservatives" at the magazine had taken over U.S. foreign policy.

Theories about the tightly knit neocon cabal came in waves. One day you read that neocons were pushing plans to finish off Iraq and move into Syria....

Of course, my knowledge of "Mein Kampf" is limited to high-school History class discussions w/a teacher who DID read it.

23. The Economist trashed the book in their review

Said it was simplistic, too narrow, that Perle and Frum took extremely complicated issues and would reduce them to idealogical goals in a span of two or three pages. Criticized their neocon attitude that the only ones who matter in shaping the world's agenda is America and Britain. Criticized their attitude toward France (to ignore and punish).

Not a glowing recommendation, to say the least.
