What will Bush say in his State of the Union speech?
After "Good evening, my fellow Americans..."?

No doubt he will say we are making great progress in Iraq and if things continue to go as well as they have in the last few weeks, we should be able to start bringing our troops home by the first of July. (applause)

Then he will say that we need to stop 'spending' so much. The huge deficits will be a threat to this great economy unless we get them under control. He will blame Congress for the huge deficits and not take any responsibility.

He will mention the vision and adventure nature of America and say that is the reason we are going back to the Moon and on to Mars. He will not mention the cost. He will say we are a "can do" country.

He will mention the value of families and his new "marriage" proposal. It will be in the context of "family values" and good Republican values, but the last part will be unsaid, only insinuated.

3. great LTTE ....
Like a Mafia insider, O'Neill has ratted on Bush administration officials, revealing that they were going to attack Iraq from day one. This means that 9/11 had nothing to do with those plans, nor did the nonexistent weapons of mass destruction.

O'Neill should be put in a witness protection plan, and President Bush should be made to give his forthcoming State of the Union address under oath. And finally, the Republican Party should start looking for honest candidates to replace Bush and Cheney at its summer convention.

5. That's a good start
He'll credit Congress for passing the tax cuts to get us out of the recession he inherited and then ask them to take on the challenge of reducing spending to cut the deficit.

Looks like he's going to be bringing in judicial confirmations too. I bet Janice Rogers Brown gets a mention. Might even say that he's fighting for Southern candidates by appointing Pickering.

Will make a major play for Latino votes by emphasising his amnesty program and announces that Vicente Fox will replace Cheney on the upcoming ticket.

6. Sorry about the sixteen words in my last ...
... State of the Union. Sorry you caught me that is. You won't find the lies in this one as easy to spot. (He won't say this out loud. It will be the look on his face.)

blah, blah, blah, lie, blah, lie (applause), lie, lie, blah, blah.

I hope he gets laughed at by the Dems a couple of times. It would be interesting to see the preening jackass's ears turn red.

18. It'll be the visuals
You know, he'll pull Osama's bloody, dripping head from a bag and wave it about, soaking himself the Repuke leadership in human blood, while screaming that the war on terror is going great and that the economy is on its way up. Then Saddam will be thrust into the chamber in a loincloth, armed with a Bowie knife, and made to fight to the death against a large, hungry, and very pissed off grizzly. The resulting Saddam chunks will be squabbled over by the Republican rank-and-file as horrific souvenirs of Bush's descent into Caligula-like madness.
