Bush is just so, well....gauche. His attempts at humor have a childlike quality, that kind of "tee he" sort of thing more often seen in pre-adolescents.

And why is it that these kinds of remarks always involve a put-down of someone, in this case, Scott McClellen. What's disguised as humor is really nasty and petty; the mind-state of someone who really has no feelings of self-worth.
