"The Democrats have a lot of energetic people fighting. We have figured out that we can no longer rely on money to win these campaigns because the other side is out there knocking on doors and talking to people on the street. Don't let them steal the election."

AND SNIP
"This president understands that we have to protect the American family. We understand that marriage in this country is between a man and a woman," DeLay said. "And we will fight to our last breath to keep God in this country."

And in the second article he spouts:
"I think what you have here is none of those top four have shown any sort of leadership capabilities and, therefore, they have not been able to break out of the pack,'' DeLay said. "They're all about the same, all of them want to raise taxes. All of them are against the partial birth abortion ban. All of them want to sort of go in retreat on the war on terror.

"They're all pretty much the same. They're all leftists.''
