4. Too soon after the earthquake - wouldn't want to not look "compassionate"
Other than that, I'd go for Syria, with an honorable mention to Cuba (world without end, amen).

19. Syria and Iran, (We’ll do Israel’s dirty work for them) Columbia!!! Why???
Edited on Tue Jan-20-04 05:41 PM by BackDoorMan
Bush will use "the drug war" :smoke: as the excuse...but Columbia has all that OIL! :bounce:

N Korea? Bush will say he will use diplomacy, because they have nukes! (and no OIL!):nuke:

Cuba? They aren't a threat to anyone and everyone knows that...:spank: (except right-wing American Cuban’s living in Florida who want desperately to get Cuba back to exploit.)

Venezuela? Absolutely, it has a liberal leader whom the republicans despise :hurts: and again, BushCo. wants to get their hands on all that OIL! :bounce:

20. yep
Canada has got to go. It is too close for comfort and a bad influence on some of those northern Americans, especially in the upper midwest.

9. Canada. "You canucks gave us SARS and Mad Cow..."
You people are a bunch of pinkos allowing marriage of homos and allowing a bunch of immigrants to retain their heritage. You're almost goddammm french, for godsake. You are clearly against us. The full force of US military will rear its ugly head in Toronto, Winnepege, Vancouver, and Montreal. You will find out what Democracy USA style is all about.

But I do like your bacon.

12. agree - syria is next
bush* and buddies have been "hinting" at it

although I don't expect it to be mentioned in the SOTU -- he'll probably invade during some congressional recess under some obscure rule that says he doesn't need to go to congress if congress is not in session

13. Proxy war between (Lebanon and Israel)

instead of Syria/US.

We don't have the troops to engage on a third front.
Unless they want to announce the draft now instead of
waiting until Nov 3.

I think there will be another coup attempt in Venezuela,
instead of anything 'declared'.
