4. I think you probably did hear
that. I heard some Republican on C-Span this morning saying something about budgets being done ahead of time, so that the previous administration caused what is happening now. Something like that. The C-Span woman agreed. But I do remember yelling to myself, now this deficit is Clinton's fault.

34. Where the economy would have gone can occupy us endlessly.
The issue is that Dubya inherited (actually stole the birthright of) a large surplus that was projected to continue and turned it into a large deficit that is programmed to continue.

lie the Repugs put out in the liberal media.

16. Sounds like Karen Hughes has been eating mad cow
Shrub inherited lots of things--money, stupidity, bad personality, but he did not inherit a sinking ship when he came aboard. He did that himself.

27. Really, this has got to stop
what do we tell our children?

LIes, lies lies and now we teach them it is perfectly OK to bomb innocent people, bomb their homes down to the ground while they sleep, killing the parents and leaving five children orphans , because, well because they might harbor an enemy. You know there is a similarity in this approach that strongly resembles Ariel Sharon's fascism and attempts at ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians

We now, in our proud, all American, reptillian brain analysis, see fit to bomb out a domestic home on a "suspicion" that one of it's inhabitants is a "resistor" Kill them all and get em. And get the children too. We can evaporate them and their home in an instant with our superior weapons-although it is debateable whether or not our rep]tillian brains is "superior" at all. All we got is a whole lot of money and allwe spend it on is killing other -people.

Be proud America----Be very proud--you have the money, far nore money than any of your enemies and that allows you to kill under some pretense that it is "just"

The world with Bush and Sharon leading the killing parade, has gone insane with the smell of blood.

Soon, I bet,I wish, for the sake of humanity, there will be a great upheaval as good people all over the world will no longer be able to stand it and will take to the streets to dismantle it --ALL-- That would mean challenging and accusing Bush of treason , tyranny and treachery. The three T's. Bush is an ignorant, stupid man who is in way over his head and who could care less as long as he gets his.

30. Didn't she also say that they expect a close
election because the country is so divided? I saw that on the CNN crawl. Well, if Bush is such a great leader, how is that so? Isn't a leader by definition someone who unites rather than divides? We have two or three wars ongoing and Bush is polling at 50%. Were I in their shoes, I would be scared shitless.

32. I hardly ever say things this harsh
but that lady is just NASTY!

The dribble that comes out of her mouth makes her less attractive then she already is.

I saw her on PBS defending last years SOTU with the same bullshit "it was all approved by the CIA". The Martha Stewart story looked better then she did. It was time to change the channel.

35. Ms. Hughes
Has that cute little pursing of the lips which she taught Bush* to do in order to keep that stupid smirk off his monkey face. Bush's pursed lips look stinkingly like a cat exiting the room.
IMHO.

36. She is a horrible person and it's really noticable.
She can't seem to hide it. I noticed that from the beginning, but I was so sure Gore would be President that I consoled myself that she would be gone from public view after the election. How wrong was I.
