4. Did anyone see him trying not to laugh?
While he was discussing cutting the deficit in half. He really seemed to be holding back a laugh and when the Repubs got up and cheered they all seemed to be smiling excessively. Maybe it's just me.

5. Multiple times
He seemed to be barely suppressing giggles a lot.

I just thought they had the dosages a little off.

Or he just can't contain his glee anymore: "Looka the suckers!! They're actually buyin' this con!!"

7. He sounded drunk, actually
maybe it was just the webcast, but he sounded like he was slurring his words through the whole thing... ten bucks says that wasn't water next to him.

6. Did anyone else notice?
Did you notice he kept looking at the teleprompter to his right (the Dem side of the aisle)? And EVERY time they Republicans applauded, he smirked to the right. What an idiot! Also, what the heck was the motion where he held his left arm like someone was twisting it? Did anyone else notice that? Or how about the winks to the left?

9. I saw the wink too, but since Cheney was behind him.........
It didn't seem like it was towards him.....it appeared to be to someone (or someone's) sitting in front of George (to his right).
