Who in the HELL let these two clowns on and who in the HELL approved this LAME response? I swear to GOD I'm about ready to burn my Democratic memborship card! OMFG. Dashell is talking about beef inspections? Pelosi's response, give me a break. We are in deep dog shit if this is the best we can do.

1. Agreed. It's Daschle, BTW |
|
Too much inside the beltway mentality; it killed us in the 2002 elections. Thank God the candidates' spines have stiffened. I gave up on the Dem Congressional leadership after 2002.

3. Yeh, I hate to say it but...... |
|
these two looked stiff and (for lack of a better word) just plain goofy. It was better when just one responded. Plus the setting (sitting down) seemed really , I don't know, corny. Lets bring back the old days of one person responding standing up.

2. Daschle disgusted me as he followed Bush into the chambers |

all smiles and laughing, all friendly with Frist, like it's all a day at the beach.if he was serious about representing us, he would have been pretty darned somber.
Uggh.

4. But...but...but I thought the media didn't like angry politicians... |
|
...and held them up to ridicule just to show them who's boss.
Behold...This response is the future of the 2004 campaign.

10. How Many Times Did He Criticize Bush For Not Mentioning Osama Bin Laden? |
|
Tweety has no grounding what so ever. He follows his hair wherever the political wind takes it.

12. If you want to hear a good "opposition" response to the SOTUS |
|
you will only hear it from MoveOn or from Wes Clark. They seem to be the only two attack dogs left in town.

14. I am not moveon But I am Clark. I am a opposed to MoveOn |
|
No I am for MoveOn. No I am for the war, I am not for the war!! Oops i said it both ways. I was a supporter of Reagan, Bush1 and Bush2. I supported the war in sept. 2001 and made a great speech for the war. But I didnt ever say that. I am not a military man, oh yeah I spent all my time in the military. I was always repuke until the Clintons asked me to be Democrat.
Oh Sorry, I do tend to get carried away....

and tom and nancy sit there like MisterRogers and wife, singing "It's a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, except for a couple of teensy-weensy things that bothered us about Mister Mephistopheles' State of the Union Address ... la la la ..."
I would have put Ted Kennedy up there. Let him give Bushy-boy what for!
