Anyone catch that mispronunciation on Bosnia?
Towards the begining of the speech, when Bush was rattling out the list of countries "allied" to us?

Not sure if he's aware of this, but Bosnia isn't pronounced Bos-Na. It's pronounced Bos-Knee-Ah.

Just a little thing I wanted to see if anyone else caught.

the letter he said he got from a "2 year old"...before he corrected himself. Apparently it was a "10 year old". Dolt!

3. How about criticizing the message?
I for one find it offensive when people judge someone's intellect based on colloquialisms. Being from the south, I often hear people mock southern accents, equating them with low intellect. Grey Davis did the same thing when he mocked Arnold's accent. He said the governor of California should at least be able to pronounce it correctly. How outraged would we be if people were speaking of black people in this manner, maybe criticizing the language or accent employed in a post-game interview? There are enough things about Bush to criticize without resorting to stereotypes.

5. Stereotypes here?
I'm not mocking any sort of accent, just the slip up. I've slipped up words as well. My hatred of the individual, however, makes me more inclined to point and laugh. It is not an attack on any sort of regional linguistics.

8. Speak English properly or shut the crap up.

I'm sorry, but if you can't pronounce words right, you don't deserve to speak the language. I don't care what race you are, it's only reasonable that someone actually learn how to speak English and not some ludicrous dialect that makes them sound like an idiot.

10. I thought he said basa.
Wondered why he'd bring up Vietnamese catfish... unless he was segueing into tariffs on fish imports.
