Associated Press uncovering the big stories again!
White House-AP -- President Bush's chief of staff says his boss did a "terrific job" in the State of the Union speech.

Andrew Card is answering critics who say Bush lacks a plan to reverse a loss of jobs and tackle the nation's half (t) trillion dollar deficit.

Card tells N-B-C's "Today" show Bush's tax cuts are just what's needed to create more jobs and increase the number of taxpayers. He says the country is in deficit spending because of the war in Iraq and the cost of securing the nation from terrorism.

Asking a man what he thinks of his boss is news? So, this was on the today show, and already made it to a heartland radio news cast. (ClearChannelNews) This DAMN Lib`Rull media is killing me softly.

1. Same thing with the CBC Newsworld Program.

Couldn't believe it when I flipped past the Newsworld channel this am to hear them say that they were going to have on a White House spokesperson to comment on Dim-Bulb's SOTU speech. I didn't hang around to see who it was going to be, but after reading this, I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't Handy Andy himself.

Also I've noticed Newsworld as well as interviewing the war mongering David Frum on one of their shows mentioned this morning they were going to have him comment on the SOTU speech. :wtf:

We get lots of neo-con propaganda via the US channels and the CBC can't find anything better to do than give them another platform to spout their bullshit in Canada too.

2. You Canadians need to hold the line.
As America slides further into corporate dominance, we look to you for refuge. Don`t let Canada fall to the same thugs who are ruining America.

3. That's almost as bad
as CNN having Karen Hughes on after the speech to comment on it last night.

First, Karen probably wrote the whole thing

Second, she's been on the payroll for over ten years

I almost puked :puke: when she said that there were several times during the speech where the prez "brought tears to her eyes"

:puke: :puke: :puke:

4. He brings tears to my eyes
every time he opens his mouth, because I see what he's doing to my Country.

5. I saw it, too. Lame. Very lame.
Now there's a picture to warm my heart--Bigfoot Hughes with tears in her eyes --over tax cutbacks for the rich, I surmise.

And Cheeseburger Card evaluating his boss's speech. Hooboy. ROFLOL.
