ten years. And you thought you were getting a tax break! Thanks to Mr Bush and his deficit spending, that is how much each person will pay on the national debt. And you thought it was free?? The sad part is that you will get absolutely nothing for your taxes.

Mr Bush is moving every American into a high tax bracket. It's too bad the average American does not see that deficits do matter. There is a price to pay for deficit spending. It is debt that must be paid off. We can pay it off with Social Security receipts or we can borrow more money to pay it off...if people do not stop "lending" to us.(buying our bonds and notes)

2. Tax cut and deficit GOP

Every dollar of the current deficit has to be paid someday - and it's just taxing the next generation(s). The GOP is a big fan of the Birth Tax - forcing OUR DEFICTS on the future - it is totally irresponsible, but of course, what do we expect from the Party of Responsibility?
