CBS poll on Bush

This looks terrible for the guy everyone is calling "certain for reelection"

Q1:
"Do you have confidence in George W. Bush's ability to deal wisely with an international crisis, or are you uneasy about his approach?"

Have Confidence 49% (it was 45% in Oct, 66% in April)
Uneasy 49% (50% in October, 31% in April)

Q2:
"Do you have confidence in George W. Bush's ability to make the right decisions about the nation's economy, or are you uneasy about his approach?"

Have Confidence 39% (40% in Oct, 54% in April)
Uneasy 57% (56% in October, 42% in April)

So he's lost 15% in economic affairs in the last nine months and he's down 17-18% in ability to deal with international affairs in that same time frame. How in the heck did we get stuck with this clown? Is God punishing us for Monicagate?

Supposedly the "Clinton News Network," the cons where I work like to think of it as an example of the "liberal media." Well today, the graphic on the bottom of the screen when they were discussing the Democratic candidates was, of course, Can Bush Be Beaten?. Such blatant right-wing whoring.

for that court battle, including interest. How many children could have been fed, educated, housed, vacinnated??? But the Repubs got money into lawyers hands, so hey..doing what they've always done..and we pay,and pay, and pay...

3. ultimately, people vote with their wallets

that's why i look for the big campaign contributors to fudge their earnings numbers the next two quarters. we should also look for bogus govt statistics about the economy. that is, perhaps, the biggest illusion bush must create, that the economy is sound and on the road back.

of course, any road back would be just to have it reach where it was before he and his band of morons got hold of it.

Wait until gas hits $3/gallon this summer. The Murikans with the frayed flags on their gas-guzzlers are going to be might p*ss*d, and they're going to be looking right at Cheney and Halliburton.
