Poll question: should Zell Miller have never been appointed to the Senate? |

even if it meant a Republican in his seat. on the one hand, it would mean we wouldn't have the Senate for that year and a half. on the other hand, it would mean that it would've been easier to blame the completely GOP controlled government for all the problems and take it in 2002, and we wouldn't have him running his big mouth and whoring for Bush now.

I was overjoyed when Barnes appointed him, but he's done more damage to the party and the nation in office and as a Democrat than we'd have sustained with a GOP Senate.
Yes, I truly believe that.
