I liked Bill Maher's comment on that. Everyone who reads the paper (which doesn't include GWB) knows that obesity-related health problems are now neck and neck with smoking-related health problems, and we could probably throw booze in there too.

Actually if he said "hey stop eating/drinking/smoking so much everybody!" it would be more accurate but of course, he would piss off the 80% of us who eat/drink/smoke too much.
