1. Waiting for the mugshot... |
|
I hope Limbaugh has a mugshot taken. What a prize that would be. Can you imagine the priceless look on Limbaugh's face in a mugshot?

2. Didn't Rush rail about Plea Bargaining on his talk show? |
|
It seems to me like Rush was quite adamant about Plea Bargaining being of great detriment to society. I seem to remember him saying something like "If you can't do the time then don't do the crime" Funny how things change when it is him in the hot seat. He is a felon ~ admittedly so. Whether he ever gets convicted on it is another matter but he admitted on his talk show he used prescription medicine in an illegal manner which is a felony in Florida. I truly hope Rush gets everything he deserves just as I do for everyone.

4. Really, Roy? "The public is better served" |

by treating LIMBOsevic "as a patient, not as a criminal"? Ummmmm, why are there criminal laws, then, and how about vacating the sentences of all those economically deprived prisoners.
Btw, those letters seemed VERY perfunctory, and BLACK's even slap-dash. Somehow, from a name-brand lawyer, I thought there would be something more.

6. I hope he takes the hardest fall in the history of Florida |
|
drug prosecutions.
He's the one who has said "one strike and you should be out."
He has opposed rehab and other treatment for drug offenders.
He has advocated stiffer penalties for drug crimes.
He has derided plea bargains as being soft on criminals.
He has characterized drug addiction as criminal and immoral behavior.
If there is any justice, he'll be cleaning toilets in a prison emergency room for 10 years. It will be good practice for his eternal "reward."
