Job related program activities
I got it figured out now. Bush never promised to create any actual real life jobs during his single term as president. He only promised job related program activities.

So, if republicans are satisfied with weapons of mass destruction program activities instead of actual weapons of mass destruction. Logically, they must be equally satisfied with job related program activities. If bush* wants to he could reasonably claim 100% employment. Not with actual jobs though, just with job related program activities.

Democrats need to work this. Ridicule is a strong weapon against these guys. The republicans are experts. It's time to turn the tables. Let's spread this one around!

2. that's the idea
this needs to become part of the lexicon.

But I think particularly since he's the first president since Hoover during the great depression to have a net loss of jobs during his term and he's all the freakin' time talking about creating jobs...and we're in an election year where jobs and the economy are a very big issue...that the Democratic candidates should beat the living daylights out of this.

Paging Paul Begala!

6. chastity-related program activities
Modesty prevents me from going into detail. Even that phrasing may be too risque.
