I've already seen a couple of reports with Kay claiming weapons having been moved there. There's no evidence that has made public (not that a lack of evidence has ever stopped them before) Maybe they're thinking another war will bring Bush's numbers back up. It's also in line with the PNAC plan.

the speculation was that Powell was about to go.

Then he did his about face, stormed the UN and lied his ass off. Cheney is looking like more and more of a liability. Out of touch.
