Poll question: Which recent republican president is the worst
Of the three most recent GOP presidents, which one was the worst?

1. I can't believe anyone could even dispute this one.
Sure, Reagan and Poppy were horrible, they built up nuclear arms and bankrupted the country, but America was still America when they were gone. We won't be able to say that if Junior gets 8 years.

For those of you diagreeing, I hope it's on the grounds that Junior isn't actually President and doubtful he's even truly a Republican.

7. Dubya is the Worst
I think at least Ronald Reagan really believed in trickle down economics and he had a way of making people feel good about themselves.

Make Nixon look good.

8. Reagan, if only because
he started the job, and Dubya completed it. Ugh... deficit spending, defense through the roof, Republicans taking credit for everything... If Reagan had never been in office, Dubya wouldn't have any ideas (or advisors).

9. Bush II, definitely.
His economics are worse than Reagan, he is not nearly as smart. While the neocons came out of the woodwork during Reagan, Bush II saw the full fruition. He attacked another nation pre-emptively and allowed the biggest security failure to happen under his watch. He has no ideals and no intelligence and treats those who do not agree with him with contempt. He allowed the Patriot Act to happen and hired That wretched John Ashcroft as attorney General.

12. I said Reagan, because he stole the language of populism from the Democrat
from the Democratic Party. He made people start believing in the image and ignore the destruction of the Democratic party.

IF there had never been a Reagan, then presidents like GWB would have never been possible.

It all traces back to Reagan.

13. I went with Dubya --
-- but a strong case could be made for any of these three. The images of Harding and Nixon popped up, too.

This coming November, let's put our ticket in the White House.
