Calling all Internet sleuths, disenchanted dissidents, reprobates of of all things BFEE and other interested persons and parties to cast their investigators eyes far and wide in search of one James Bath. Bath was Bush's AWOL coke' buddy from TANG; middleman, when not bagman, for Saudi Shieks in their business dealings with GW Bush; one time employee of FDR "hit" company Dupont in their smallcraft aviation Co.; and, in all probability, a contract muscleman for BFEE operations.

Where is Jim Bath?

I was informed as recently as Summer 2002 that he was in Texas, I think it was Houston. His wife divorced him over a real estate matter that itself has alot of oddities.

This guy knows alot about the BFEE.


Alot of this has been on DU for awhile. Here is some info from my notes:

In 1972 Dubya was safely in the Air National Guard and Awol after missing a physical. The military had recently imposed drug testing in April of that year and in August GW and a friend James Bath mysteriously dissappeared from the records,both missing their physicals. "It was in the Air National Guard that Bath met George W. Bush. They became good friends, but, according to Bush, never did any business together. However, records filed in a lawsuit in Houston involving ath contradict the President's son: they show Bath was an investor in a Bush oil and gas enterprise. Bush did say that Bath "is alot of fun". (Houston Post, December 9, 1990.)...."

Bath would later become the chief trustee for two of the richest families in Saudi Arabia....including one which owned a Saudi bank that financed Adnan Khashoggi around the time of the Iranian Arms for hostages deal.......became an asset of the CIA reportedly recruited by George Bush (Poppy).

It wasn't too long after Bath met bin Laden that he made a $50,000 investment in Arbusto Energy, a small oil company that was George P. (sic) Bush's first business venture. Arbusto means Bush in Spanish. Bath later claimed in court records that the $50,000 came from the bin Laden family. Investigative journalist Peter Brewton asserts in his book on the Bush clan that one of Bath's former business partners, Charles White, claims that it was in this very same year of 1976 that George W. Bush, then director of Central Intelligence for the Ford Administration, recruited Bath to work for the CIA. Brewton cites White as saying one of Bath's jobs was to report on the investments of Saudi millionaires. White, by the way, was another fighter pilot and went to Annapolis with Oliver North.

After W. lost a bid for Congress, he decided to launch an oil company in Midland in 1979. For $50,000, Bath bought a 5 percent stake in W.’s Arbusto (Spanish for "Bush") partnerships. At the time, Bath also served as business agent for several prominent Saudis, including Salem bin Laden. In exchange for a percentage of the deals, Bath made U.S. investments for these clients in his own name, according to Time. Although Bath has said that he invested his own money in Arbusto, not Saudi money, the fact that he was Salem’s agent at the time has fueled speculation that Osama bin Laden’s eldest brother was an early investor in W.’s first oil venture. It was around the time of this investment, incidentally, that Osama bin Laden made his first trip to the Khyber Pass, where he would soon join the Mujaheddin and the CIA in the holy war that expelled the Soviets from Afghanistan. (Salem, for his part, owned a house in Marble Falls, and died in a 1988 plane crash near San Antonio.)

Everyone who doesn't know the story really should GOOGLE "James R. Bath" and "Adnan Khashoggi" to learn some important, underreported US history. These two crooks tie BCCI to BUSH to bin LADEN to 9-11.

The Wahhabi Taliban in Afghanistan had the blessings of the Saudi royal family and of The Big Three--the bin Laden family, the al Ahmoudi family, and the Mahfouz family--the richest clans in that medieval kingdom. The desert oligarchs profited from world-wide investments as well as sleazy banking schemes such as the infamous Bank of Credit and Commerce International.

Salem bin Laden, Osama’s brother, has conducted all his American affairs through James Bath, a Houston crony of the Bush family. Bath’s former business partner Bill White testified in court that Bath had been a liaison for the C.I.A. In 1979 Bath invested $50,000 in Arbusto, George W. Bush’s first business venture. Rumor had it that Bath was acting as Salem bin Laden’s representative. "In conflicting statements, Bush at first denied ever knowing Bath, then acknowledged his stake in Arbusto and that he was aware Bath represented Saudi interests." (4)

In addition to doing aviation business with Saudi sheiks, Bath was part owner of a Houston bank whose chief stockholder was Ghaith Pharaon, who represented the Bank of Commerce and Credit International (BCCI), a criminal global bank with branches in 73 countries. BCCI proceeded to defraud depositors of $10 billion during the ‘80s, while providing a money laundry conduit for the Medellin drug cartel, Asia’s major heroin cartel, Manuel Noriega, Saddam Hussein, the C.I.A., and Islamist terrorist organizations worldwide. Big Three wheeler-dealer Khalid bin Mahfouz, one of the largest stockholders in the criminal bank, was indicted when the massive BCCI banking scandal blew apart in the early 1990s. The Saudi royal family placed him under house arrest after discovering that Mahfouz had used the royal bank to channel millions of dollars through fake charities into bin Laden’s organizations, but Mahfouz was not so much punished as inconvenienced. and Georgie Sr. just before leaving office cites an 1870's law and gives that company (Barrick Gold Corp) $10 billion in gold mining rights on public land. Then poppy gets to be their international consultant. Congolese people didn't have a chance with George helping Barrick. This company was able in 1996 to get the Mobutu regime's Gold Office of Kilomoto, a government monopoly, to transfer mining rights over almost all its 82,000 square kilometers of land to Barrick. The land is estimated to have 100 tons of gold in reserve. Over 3 million lives have been lost in Congo since 1998.

Building the space station will require many of the rare minerals found in eastern Congo.

It's the kind of thing, McClellan maintains, that keeps good people out of politics......

It should be noted that Bush refused to answer the question of his coke use when 13 candidates for the 2000 election were asked. He was the only one who refused to answer in the negative.

I'll bet there are a long string of oddities around the fates of those who partied with Bush in his early years. He really covered his tracks (no pun intended).


I keep a network of acquaintances, official and non-official, regularly informed of what I'm doing; mail, e-mail (from other computers other than my own), phone booth calls periodically. Also I have neighbors and local friends informed who keep an eye on my humble abode that itself has alot of security. This process is called "hardening the target". I hate to tell people this stuff because I don't like to burst bubbles about the way this world really operates. You cannot be too cautious, but I don't let it stress me out too much. I take a break when I need to. My previous military training helps.


Thanks again. You really are holding their feet to the fire on voting. Voting is so fundamental to democracy.

Maybe this cabal is going to tumble and if they do alot of things will change for the better.


Keep up the fight, but take a break if you need to.
