North Korean Nukes?
This Conservative I know claims that Clinton's deal with North Korea wasn't working because NK still produced nukes during the 90's. Therefore, according to him, Bush telling Kim Jong Il to go screw himself doesn't make much of a difference. That doesn't sound right to me. I've heard some TV experts say that North Korea only has about six nuclear weapons, and my guess would be that they would have way more if they had been producing them for 10 years. Also, I saw Colin Powell say that "there are 100's of nuclear weapons in North Korea that don't exist today thanks to Bill Clinton". Can anyone support me?
