If (when) a Democrat wins
Does anyone think we can relax? I don't. The opposition should never have gone back to "business as usual" after Vietnam. If they had kept after the Overclass, maybe we wouldn't be in Neocon hell now. I don't care if our most progressive candidate wins... the fight is just beginning.

Of course not. Last time a Dem won, we relaxed and look what happened. The Gingrichites took over and have been clawing on to power ever since.

Never again.

You are absolutely right. A victory in November is just a first step.

thats why a lot of people would rather have Bush win than say Lieberman. The votes will always swing back and forth between D and R, to move an agenda you just have to push farther when you have the power.
