NAFTA had nothing to do with creating a better public good. Clinton had to give big money some things. He gave them NAFTA. DK wants to withdrawal from NAFTA and the WTO. I believe the candidates position on NAFTA is the first litmus test to apply in testing for their desire for the greatest common good.
