2. About the Missile Defense.

Big giveaway to Raygun's corporate friends. Think tank after think tank told Presidents Raygun and Bush I that the real threat were terrorist cells, like the IRA but most likely American hating Islamic terrorist cells, not missiles. I can't believe he is trying this again.
