Saw Daschle on CNN re: ricin attacks

Said some more to that effect.

His tone, demeanor and all that made me think he was pretty pissed.

I think Daschle is trying to not let the Bush Admin. get away with this one.

8. I had CNN on earlier

and they had an'expert' on and he said something about right wing patriot type groups having ricin. They repeated a clip of him later and no mention of this. If it is from one of these groups then it would seem to show that this administration isn't monitoring it's right wing at home. Maybe this is more bad news for the administration. I hope someone else picks up on this.

on CNN's morning show. He was clear about ricin being a fave of "extremist" groups in the U.S.

What if this backfires on the maladministration and highlights that they still haven't found the anthrax person.

Also, I think the Dems should shout to the rafters that they completely sympathize with the Repukes being targeted by the ricin person since the anthraxer targeted ONLY the Dems. This should be pointed out to the masses who really truly do not know it.

11. The only problem is, Daschle being pissed only lasts for about 10

minutes. I have seen him pissed before and then the next time he speaks, it is back to no backbone. This is the same ol' song and dance from Daschle. I really don't have anything against him except he is not a good leader, that doesn't make him a bad democrat though.

We need a leader like Durbin or Kennedy who will say the things that need to be said without trying so hard to be nice about it. Nice doesn't cut it with republicans these days.

13. I read on the salon boards that ricin must be injected or somehow make

it into the bloodstream to be lethal. Quite different from
airborne weapons grade anthrax that was unleashed on the Democrats.
I was also unaware that ricin could be distilled from castor beans.
