My mother said for the FIRST time ever that she is doubting *!! |

If you've been around here for the last year, you may have seen some of my gripes about my mother...she is a wonderful person, but she is fundamentalist Southern Baptist and votes only on abortion...so she votes only for Republcians...
Often I complain, because she refuses to see anything in regards to the politics of the Repblican party vs. the support of "Christians"...
I just went out to dinner with her...and for the first time EVER, and I must stress EVER...she said that she had some doubts...this from a woman who has voted straight Republican for as long as I can remember...
The reason being that I keep trying to show her how "what Jesus would do" is the exact opposite of what * and his adminstration do...and, most importantly, she actually brought it up, not me...I had avoided politics during dinner...
This is HUGe for me...this has never happened before...the very first time I actually have a glimmer of hope that a change could happen...
Not that she would actually vote for the democrat, but that she may not vote for Bush...

GOP burg are all Baptist and not a single one is voting for The Unelected Fraud in 2004. They consider him a traitor on the deficit and the WMD lies and sending soldiers to die for a bogus war. These are all old WWII vets who hold the military and its discretional use as a priority. Tell your sweet mom she is not alone; many other Baptists are quietly saying "This is not what Jesus would do."

6. Like the old saying says |
|
Always tell the truth. If you tell lies, you'll have to make up more lies to cover the original one up.
Bush was a lie from day one. Bush is the god of lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can't lie forever. People are finally starting to see through his phony baloney veneer. All his lies are crashing down around him. His new lies are lame.

8. Hey, my 86 year old conservative Republican father has |
|
decided to investigate the Democratic candidates because he's not voting for *. I couldn't believe it! He came to this without any comments or input from me.
Unbelievable!
If * has lost my Dad, he's toast!
