Now I get flinchy about the Friday "news bombs" on Thursday. |
|
It's not even Thursday afternoon here and I'm already preoccupied with what new little bombshell we'll get on Friday!
This has already been such an interesting yet tumultuous week; I wonder what else is in store for us by tomorrow.

I've been looking for that word! I've been using "twitchy", but that isn't quite right. "flinchy" is perfect, thanks!
That being said, I know exactly what you mean. It was recently pointed out to me that every morning on the subway I close my eyes and take a long, deep breath before opening the paper and diving in. I know I didn't USED to do that...
There's another thing I can tag on these bozos...behavior modification....

2. I like 'flinchy' as well... |

Friday seems to be the day when all of the stuff hits the fan.
I would actually be more worried, if the "Alert Level" had risen. More comes in under the radar then, than at any other time.
This Friday, I think it will be quiet. bush has some severe problems, hence the "Meet the Nation" on Sunday. The LAST thing these pinheads want, is to bring more attention to an already inept individual, just before a major "news-op". There may be a little flk because if the Tnet speech, but basically, I think we will finally get a mediocre Friday.
Now NEXT week....all bets are off, this nut may turn the earth into a cinder by then.
