example. Bush quotes David Kay as having said that Iraq turned out to be even more dangerous than we thought it was. What Kay said was, "that the potential of freelance Iraqis selling weapons to terrorists would have made Iraq more dangerous than we thought it was."
I don't know about you, but I call that manipulation of a man's words.
