Tenet interview on CSpan just ended and an interesting question was asked

more interesting was his response.

He was asked about the Office of Special Plans role in the decision to invade Iraq.

Tenet says he can guarantee that Bush only received information from the CIA and that he (Tenet) stands behind the information that was provided.

So it seems like Bush is backing Tenet on MTP and Tenet is backing Bush. Seems a bit too cozy for comfort. Seems like Tenet has done a 180-degree turn on his stance from last summer when he fell on his sword, so to speak, about the 16 words scandal.

What gives?
