Want a job that can't be outsourced?
See the world! Join the military.

Here's the important snip.

13 Outsourcing-safe industries attract best and brightest.

Fear of seeing one's job sent overseas will push workers into the many categories of jobs that could never be moved en masse overseas because they are essentially in-person work. It will be a boon to several occupations in this category that have long suffered from skilled labor shortages. Among those jobs safe from offshore outsourcing that will benefit from more workers are armed services, auto mechanics, physical therapists, nurses, pharmacists, security workers and teachers.

And here is the entire article. Read it and weep. Please remember that this is a big business oriented publication.

2. The funeral industry seems pretty immune
to outsourcing. But hey, you never know. Put the stiffs on dry ice and ship 'em to Asia for display preparation. I guess it could happen.

4. The military has been partially outsourced by Rummy-head.
That's one of the reasons that there are so many supply problems in Iraq: because Rummy replaced all the supply seargants and the whole pipeline of supply (and other things like feeding the troops) and now the troops depend on Halliburton.

The blurb should be: join the military and become a foot slogger!! No training for supporting the troops!!

And Rummy wants to do a lot more before he gets kicked out!!

6. Actually...
One of the big problems with the Afghan campaign was that too much of the ground work was "Outsourced" to warlord allies. A big factor in OBL's escape.
