Imus (ewww) dissing Smirk in a very big way right now |
|
Amazing to see. Playing snips of MTP and shaking his head in amazement at the mendacity of Smirk.
Will wonders never cease.
This is a sea change.

He has a lot of listeners that probably voted Bush in 2000. Bring on the change! :toast:

Bernard McGuirk is his producer.
They were all gung ho on Iraq, until they realized the'd been lied to.

5. Amazingly enough, the snarky little producer is agreeing with Imus |
|
The brain damaged fatso with the Brooklyn accent was all upset with Imus and using all the Rush Limpballs lines, and Imus shut him up saying something like--"we've been through all that before".
Sweeeeet.

That smirky, snide, little varmint has been an outspoken |
|
opponent of the war since its inception. (He's also 6' 2'' and around 180 lbs.)

8. Maybe the networks are starting to realize nobody trusts their...... |
|
(wink)NEWS! Maybe a lot of people are starting to tune the Bush love fest out! Never forget, that Money in the Root of the network's Evil, just like Money is the Root of Bush's Evil! If the people get conned back into watching the(wink)News, then the GOPer media will suck up to Bushco again, just in time for the election!

11. dissing a wartime president? |
|
(lol) ahem... that changes everything!...maybe GW Bush isn't so bad after all(?) remember...smirking is a childish person's idea of disdain. president bush is maybe just too naive (innocent) for us; ie not a bad man at all! leno, miller, imus, brocaw-caw, coulter, limbaugh-humbug, o'liely etc...now them are bad people (ie not good) It's time DU'ers looked afresh at ...mr president bush! nattering nabobs of negativity? not us i hope

12. They're a bunch of front-running weasels |
|
But Imus likes Kerry, so it looks like we'll have him and his minions on our side this time.
Until W. regains his momentum (bin Laden gets captured, for example), that is. Then ImusCo will be right back on the bandwagon.
What a bunch of bores.

15. Years & billions later? And isn't it the MILITARY who will catch him |
|
if he is caught? or the CIA? Funny, neither of them is spelled Bush, and I suspect quite a few in each are a bit disenchanted with Bush.

I stopped watching Imus a long time ago because of his asnine pro-smirk comments. Maybe I will tune in again.

17. Anus Loved Clinton in '92 |
|
I remember who much of a butt-kisser Anus was to the big dog during the primaries in '92 (he defended Clinton in the Flowers mess and had him on his show repeatedly)...also was a big supporter until his infamous DC Press Association dinner (I think it was '94) where he embarassed himself and everyone in the room. Somehow that was Clinton's fault and he turned against him and Democrats shortly thereafter.
But Anus likes his friends. Lieberman is one, Kerry's another. These are big ratings in his largest markets (NYC & Boston) and gives his show a balance that few others (especially on radio) have. I think Anus' hate of Gore (association with Clinton) made him into a bushwacker...but with a lot of reservations. And Anus makes no bones that he likes a good controversy and stuff to make fun of...right now bunnypants is providing both.
I caught bits and pieces this morning before flipping to WJ...and I don't see Anus being a friend of this regime in the upcoming election...not a good thing, since Anus does reach a lot of moderates and independents in a core area of Democratic strength...so getting the "treatment" on this show is not a good thing for RoveCo. Among other fires that are raging. Yeah, I'm hearing a drip turn into a solid trickle now.
