Assuming a two way race, how much stronger will the Democratic nominee

Assuming a two way race, how much stronger will the Democratic nominee
be compared to Gore who had two opponents? Aside from the groundswell, the simple two-way race could be enough to tip the scales against the Chimp, right?

1. Absolutely...
assuming the race is not close. All we need are the states that Gore carried PLUS one -PA, OH, WVA, AK or TN, for example. But if it is close then the integrity of the voting process can be compromised.

2. How many of those did Nader impact?
I agree that bbv means the Democrats should write off Florida and maybe Georgia unless there is a major shift meaning landslide in those places. Or unless we can claim a few of those machines for ourselves, which is highly unlikely.
