The CIA has declassified over 18,000 pages of documents on extensive mind control programs carried out since the early 1950s. A declassified CIA document dated 7 Jan 1953 describes the experimental creation of multiple personality in two 19-year old girls. These subjects have clearly demonstrated that they can pass from a fully awake state to a deep H controlled state by telephone, by receiving written matter, or by the use of code, signal, or words, and that control of those hypnotized can be passed from one individual to another without great difficulty. It has also been shown by experimentation with these girls that they can act as unwilling couriers for information purposes.(CIA Mori ID 190684, 1/7/53)

Another declassified document dated 10 Feb 1954 describes an experiment of relevance to the creation of unsuspecting assassins: Miss was instructed (having previously expressed a fear of firearms) that she would use every method at her disposal to awaken Miss (now in a deep hypnotic sleep). Failing this, she would pick up a pistol nearby and fire it at Miss . She was instructed that her rage would be so great that she would not hesitate to kill for failing to awaken. Miss carried out these suggestions to the letter including firing the (unloaded) gun at and then proceeded to fall into a deep sleep. After proper suggestions were made, both were awakened. Miss expressed absolute denial that the foregoing sequence had happened.(CIA Mori ID 190691, 2/10/54)

These are just two of the many disturbing experiments which reveal incredible abuse of power on unsuspecting citizens for over 50 years now. Nothing attracts derisive hoots of "koo koo! koo koo!" like the issue of mind control, but since we know the CIA has taken it seriously, shouldn't we take their taking it seriously, y'know, seriously?

4. Whooooeee boy G! Now you done done it. This is a subject that

desperately needs outing, but the public isn't ready for it. Mind control has been going on for more than half a century now but you will never find anybody who you can talk to about it. They'll think you're nuts. Sometimes I wonder whether all the tv programs in the sixties and seventies was actually a conditioning program to make people ignore the fact of mind control. Ecerybody thinks it's sillier than UFOs.

What's particularly gruesome about mind control, is HOW they do it. If you really abuse a person, multiple personalities will develop. The more abuse, the more personalities. Each of these personalities can do things that it's other personalities are unaware of. Nobody wants to believe that our government could be so vicious. So when they say they created multiple personalities in those 19 year olds, then...

Some very intense first hand stories about child abuse and multiple personalities. Some stuff I would be very reluctant to share here, because it's not always verifiable.

That's officially sanctioned, covert ritual abuse, and it really takes us down the rabbit hole. But just because it's too terrible to be true, is no argument why it can't be. There's much evidence that it is, to those with the stomach to seek it out (the "Franklin Cover Up", for instance). But it's the best defense of the perpetrators: to think such things have been done in the name of "national security," you must be crazy.

Soviet sleeper sabotage agents throughout the US are being activated by a renegade Russian agent (Donald Pleasanter): Soviet and US agents Charles Bronson and Lee Remark join forces to stop him. The sleeper agents were hypnotically programmed to commit sabotage and suicide and given a cover identity. They are activated by lines from the Frost poem and their original Russian name. There is also a demonstration to a Russian official disbelieving the power of the programming that must have served as the basis for the same scene in The Naked Gun. From a novel by Walter Wager.

Despite poor initial results, CIA-sponsored mind control programmes flourished. On 13 April 1953, the super-secret project MK-ULTRA was born. Its scope was broader than ever before, and only those in the top echelon of the CIA were privy to it. Official CIA documents describe MK-ULTRA as an 'umbrella project' with 149 'sub-projects'. Many of these sub-projects dealt with testing illegal drugs for potential field use. Others dealt with electronics. One explored the possibility of activating 'the human organism by remote control'. Throughout, it remained a major goal to brainwash individuals to become couriers and spies without their knowledge.

When it was formed in 1947, the CIA was forbidden to have any domestic police or internal security powers. In short, it was authorized only to operate 'overseas'. From the very start MK-ULTRA staff broke this Congressional stipulation and began testing on unwitting US citizens.

Precisely how extensive illegal testing became will never be known. Richard Helms, CIA Director and chief architect of the programme, ordered the destruction of all MK-ULTRA records shortly before leaving office in 1973. Despite these precautions some documents were misfiled and came to light in the late 1970's. They laid bare the spy agency's cynicism.

One particularly odious project was run by Dr Harris Isabel, Director of the Public Service Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky - a facility specializing in drug abuse. Asked by the CIA to discover a range of 'synthetic' drugs, Isabel began experimenting on captive black inmates. Anxious to please his CIA bosses he daily fed his guinea pigs large doses of LSD, mescaline, marijuana, scopolamine and other substances. In exchange for participating in the experiments, the inmates received injections fo high quality morphine, sometimes getting 'shot-up' three times a day, depending on their co-operation. Brought before the Senate subcommittees in 1975, Isabel saw no contradiction in providing hard drugs to the very addicts he was employed to cure.

As a child, Harvey Weinstein used to watch his father waltz around the living room, radiating vitality while belting out Al Jolson songs. After all, one can’t even hum along with Jolie unless one has vigor.
But the son saw something awful start happening after his father went to Allan Memorial Institute in Montreal in 1956 to rid himself of anxiety attacks. Louis Wein­stein came out of the hospital a listless, confused shadow of the outgoing man his son had known.

Nine years ago, the son, a Stanford psychiatrist, says he figured out why: His fa­ther had been brainwashed by a doctor paid by the CIA.

“In all of my years of psychiatry, I had never seen anything like this,” he said of his father’s downfall. “It fills you with rage.”

On Tuesday, the government confirmed Harvey Weinstein’s beliefs as much as it ever will. Although the CIA will not admit to any wrongdoing, it agreed to settle a lawsuit by paying Louis Weinstein and eight other Canadians $750,000—the CIA’s largest out-of-court settlement ever.

The nine, all former patients at the Montreal institute, charged the agency paid for experiments that used them as guinea pigs without their consent. The trial had been scheduled to start Thursday.

Had the trial been held, Harvey Weinstein would have testified both as an expert in psychiatry and as the son of one of the patients. He is a clinical associate professor of psychiatry, director of counseling and psychological services, and associate director of Stanford’s health center.
